We provide delivery services across all Emirates within the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Customized or personalized orders may require additional preparation time depending on the complexity of the request.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: 3โ€“4 business days within the UAE.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, Ramadan, Eid, or high-demand periods.

Please note that business days exclude Sundays and UAE public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order size.
From time to time, Ajwa Creates may offer promotional free shipping within the UAE.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details at checkout.
Ajwa Creates will not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • Our courier partner may contact the recipient directly.

  • A re-delivery may be scheduled.

  • Additional charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, traffic disruptions, or government regulations. Ajwa Creates shall not be liable for such delays.


Returns & Refund Policy

At Ajwa Creates, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return option under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • Our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Ajwa Creates.
